METHODOLOGY
My Spanish Camps is a multidisciplinary company with 10 years of experience in the organization of immersion camps in Spain that was born under the leading company in Summer Camps in Spain 360 Camp. In this way in all our camps there are at least 90% of Spanish children and teenagers so that your child can live the most immersive experience while making Spanish friends. Our work is based on three principles: quality, respect and safety.
The My Spanish Camps team
is made up of a camp director, a coordinator, a lifeguard, a specialist in young people with special educational needs, a team of monitors and qualified teachers, selected for their charisma, enthusiasm and extensive experience in the sector who are specialized in dealing with foreign children.

A camp to learn spanish
Our immersive language program is designed specifically for kids and teens, combining dynamic Spanish lessons with fun, real life practice through games, outdoor activities, and cultural excursions. Campers don t just learn Spanish they live it, surrounded by native speakers and guided by passionate instructors who make learning engaging and interactive every step of the way.
Beyond the classroom, our campers explore the richness of Spanish culture through music, art, sports, and traditional cuisine, all while building friendships with peers from around the world.
Our holistic approach nurtures confidence, independence, and global awareness, making each summer not just a language journey, but a life changing adventure. Method of payment
- By credit card on the myspanishcamps.com website
- By bank transfer to the following account:

- Concept: CAMPER number + NAME AND SURNAME
- In order to make the reservation, 950 € must be paid as a reservation fee.
- The registration will be confirmed when the payment of the reservation is made.
- The rest of the payment must be paid by bank transfer 30 calendar days before the start of the camp.
Cancellation Policy and Full Coverage Insurance
- In case the camper does not attend the camp, 100% of the reservation will be refunded. Except if it is 30 days before the start of the camp, in which case, the amount paid will be refunded except for 350€ for management and insurance costs.
- If you wish to purchase a cancellation insurance with coverage until the day of the beginning of the camp, we recommend you to purchase the TOTAL COVERAGE insurance for a price of 150 €.
- No refund will be made once the camp has started.
- In the event that the camp is suspended for reasons attributable to My Spanish Camps, 100% of the money paid will be refunded. If the Camp is suspended for reasons beyond the organization’s control, there will be no right to a refund of any amount.

What level of Spanish is required?
Our programs are designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced. The team will be in charge of helping and integrating the camper in the most suitable group.
Are flights to Spain included?
No, families are responsible for booking flights, but we provide airport transfer services. As an extra, you can hire the Monitor Service to and from your place of residence.
Is My Spanish Camps a safe camp for my child?
My Spanish Camps strictly implements the guidelines set by local, regional and national agencies. We have our own safety, hygiene and disinfection protocol, in addition to complying with ISO9001 protocols.

How can I stay informed during the camp?
Through our website www.myspanishcamps.com you will have access to a unique and password-restricted section where you can view daily photos, videos and news to follow the evolution of the camp.
